Greeting all Lunatics! My name is Mike and I applied to your guild just a few minutes ago under my Ret Pally named Saucyoats. (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Ysera&n=Saucyoats)

I am 32 years old, married with 2 kids and live in Orange County, CA. I have been playing WOW since release and even attend the Blizzcon events! (I am crazy I know). I work as a Network Specialist for a government entity and my hours are very flexible. On a typical work day, I get home around 6:30 server time and get on WOW an hour later after I eat dinner with my family. My wife is really cool and has no problems with me playing. We trade off on household duties a lot.

On raid nights I will be dedicated to the raid and off nights I will be logged in but possibly AFK here and there to help get the kids ready for bed and such. My sense of humor can get sarcastic but I have a thick skin and can take all the jokes. (Insert clever Ret Pally joke here)

When WotLK first launched, I was in a horde guild on Emerald Dream called The Velvet Lounge. I was not a core raider in the 25 man groups, but a backup raider. I was in a dedicated 10 man group in the guild and really enjoyed the raiding.

Due to some family challenges, I stopped playing in Dec 2008 but those challenges were resolved about 6 weeks ago. I started playing on Ysera again last month and leveled my Pally to 80. I have been working on getting him gear for both PVE and PVP and doing dailies to get my rep up for head and shoulder enchants. According to Rawr and my pally spreadsheet, self buffed I am pushing 2.5k DPS and raid buffed should be close to 4k DPS. I realize it's not ideal but it is a work in progress and I do tweak my enchants and gems to maximize DPS when my gear changes.
