He left, half way through the raid if I remember correctly, and we never heard from him again

We recruited him simply because of his gear. We figured he might be a good addition to our healing core. We were working on Vezax on his first raid, we cleared trash, learned the boss until Trash reset, which is when he conveniently went LD. I removed him from the guild because it was obvious he was ditching. he was a dumbass, and his numbers went very impressive (keep in mind we were on Vezax, not something like Mimiron)...
